10 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US
1lb Midnight Wheat
1lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L

.5 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 15.0 min
.5 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 15.0 min
.5 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 0.0 min
.5 oz Centennial [10.00 %] – Dry Hop
.5 oz Cascade [5.50 %] – Dry Hop
Mash 1.0 hrs @154 deg
Sparge 170 deg
Yeast Safale 05
Brewed today 4/20/12 - Only differences from above was I used 1lb of Crystal 60L as Monument brew shop didnt have 80L. Turned out pretty dark anyway, mostly form the Midnight Wheat.
I also Mashed for probably 1.5hrs as I had to get a bike ride in during the mash.

1lb Biscuit malt
Mash 1.3 hrs @154 deg
Sparge 170 deg
1 oz Centennial 60 min
1 oz Northern Brewer 30 min
1 oz Chinook 5 min.
Safale 04 yeast
1 week primary, 8 days secondary
Dry hop 1/2 oz Centennial last 2 days
Keg on CO2
Results...
Initial results tasted exceptionally well after a couple days on CO2.
2/8 Update, Wow tasting fantastic, unfortuntely keg almost gone. Best beer Ive ever made.
